You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to use this website and place orders.

Garments include standard internal margins for minor local alterations.

Because garments can be altered locally for slight fit adjustments, size or fit preference issues do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as garment processing and tailoring begin immediately upon payment confirmation.

We maintain a strict no-refund policy once a product is delivered, except in the rare event that a damaged or incorrect product is delivered.

To report an issue, please contact customer support within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper video proof (unboxing video/photos). Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Customized, tailored, or made-to-order products.
• Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special clearance offers.
• Minor variations in colour (due to device screen resolutions/lighting) or handcrafted details/embroidery.

Products are subject to availability, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We use secure third-party payment gateways and are not liable for external bank or gateway transaction failures.

Domestic (India): Flat fee of ₹349 per order.

International: Base fee of ₹4,389 (for 3–4 kg), subject to adjustment based on actual dispatch parcel weight.

Customs & Import Duties: International orders may incur local taxes, customs duties, or import fees set by the destination country's government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

All content on this website—including brand logos, product images, graphics, text, and garment designs—belongs exclusively to Lemon Be Different and cannot be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

Lemon Be Different is not liable for any indirect, special, or incidental damages arising from website usage or product purchases.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting with the competent courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
