Flat Rate: ₹349 per order across India.

Base Fee: ₹4,389 for parcels weighing 3–4 kg.

Actual Weight Adjustment: Final shipping costs may vary based on the actual dispatch weight; any difference will be communicated to you prior to shipment.

Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and custom fees are set by your local destination government and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We declare reasonable product values to help keep these charges minimal.

While we always aim for on-time delivery, unexpected delays may occasionally happen due to international logistics, severe weather, or customs clearance processes.

Final Sale: Once placed and confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances as production/dispatch begins immediately.

No Returns/Exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or subjective fit reasons.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof (an unboxing video or photos), and our care team will promptly assist you.
